Recently having celebrated 30 years as a ski-resort, Beaver Creek has come a long way from the days of being a small resort with a modest 6 ski-lifts, with a 45-minute ride time to the top, a “tennis bubble” base lodge and less than thirty instructors.

Today, Beaver Creek is a modern, well designed ski holiday resort complete with 25 speedy lifts, 3 mountain experiences and more ski and snowboard pros in the ski-schools than you can shake a ski-pole at.

Both Beaver Creek and the Vail Resorts have been selected by the International Ski federation FIS to host the 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships – the 3rd FIS World Championships for the resorts, which previously hosted the 1989 and 1999 Championships.

From rock-stars and famous footballers to heads of state and tourists – Beaver creek is a repeated destination for snow addicts who appreciate privacy, intimacy and beauty. That’s not all – the resort is even more renowned for top class guest service – with the resort promise of “Not exactly roughing it” inviting you to enjoy the resort hospitality first-hand!

The Beaver Creek Mountain is home to three distinct villages: Beaver Creek Village, Arrowhead Village and Bachelor Gulch Village.

Beaver Creek Village

located right at the centre of the resort, the picturesque Beaver Creek Village is filled with art galleries, cool bars and eateries and quaint shops, all of which are interlinked by heated walkways and escalators for huge convenience (especially when lugging heavy ski-equipment around after a long day on the pistes!)

Bachelor Gulch Village

The ‘place to be’ if slope-side access is on your wish-list – located in the middle of Beaver Creek Mountain and close enough to the excitement and action of Beaver Creek village without being caught up in the middle of it!

Arrowhead Village

The westernmost gateway to Beaver Creek on the the Village-to-Village ski experience. Arrowhead is awash with a huge variety of breathtaking accommodation options – from 5 star ski hotels to private condominiums and luxury ski chalets that would take your breath away!. Arrowhead provides convenient access to the slopes on the west side of Beaver Creek. Visitors can take advantage for the ‘dial-a-ride’ shuttle service which takes 7 minutes to Beaver Creek Village as well as the nearby town of Edwards (5 minutes away).
